My Fight for Justice: A Plea Against Harassment, Property Fraud & Exploitation

By Sohail

Introduction My name is Sohail, and I live in Dattatray Road, Gadag – 582101, Karnataka. My mother and I have been facing relentless harassment, property fraud, and social exploitation from our own family members, certain community individuals, and others who seek to control our lives. This blog is my plea for justice and a call for support in our struggle.

---

A Mother’s Struggle for Her Hard-Earned Home

My mother, a widowed woman who worked tirelessly as a maid her entire life, purchased a small 10×10 house with her hard-earned money. However, being uneducated, she was deceived by her own family. Her brothers, Mehboob Sab Tepuwali and Mustak Tepuwali, never registered the house in her name, keeping control over it.

Now, when she:

Demands rightful ownership of the house, or

Tries to sell it to secure a better future,

She faces extreme harassment. My uncles and other family members:

Mentally torture her, causing emotional distress.

Threaten and manipulate her, preventing her from taking legal action.

Exploit her vulnerability as a helpless widow to deny her rightful property.

---

My Battle Against Systematic Exploitation & Conspiracy

When I decided to stand up for my mother’s rights, I became the target of a larger conspiracy.

Social Isolation & False Rumors: Over the last two years, I have been denied work opportunities due to targeted defamation.

Deliberate Financial Deprivation: Despite being a skilled private worker, I am systematically prevented from earning a livelihood.

Constant Monitoring & Threats: I live under surveillance, facing intimidation and harassment, making it impossible to lead a normal life.

This is not just a personal issue—it is a well-planned strategy to break me down mentally, socially, and economically.

---

Interference & Community Conspiracy

I firmly believe that anyone interfering in our personal matters—whether a relative, a community member, or an outsider—is part of this conspiracy. These individuals:

Fuel disputes and spread false narratives.

Encourage mental harassment against my mother and me.

Manipulate my uncles, making the situation worse.

Their involvement is illegal, as they have no right to interfere in our personal affairs. However, when a poor, fatherless person fights for justice, the legal system often ignores their struggles. Where is the law for people like us?

Retaliation for My Human Rights Complaint

I strongly suspect that this ongoing harassment is an act of revenge for my complaint filed with the Karnataka State Human Rights Commission (KSHRC) regarding threats, conspiracy, and financial fraud.

Details of My SHRC Complaint:

Complaint Diary Number: 1343/IN/2024

Date: 19/10/2024

Allegations: Character assassination, conspiracy, financial fraud, and threats to life.

Since I sought justice, I have been facing increasing levels of harassment and financial deprivation, which suggests that powerful individuals and community members are trying to punish me for speaking out.

Where is Justice for the Poor & Fatherless?

Justice in India seems to work only for those who have money, power, or political influence. For someone like me—poor, fatherless, and fighting alone—the system does not work.

Police do not take my complaints seriously.

Legal aid is expensive and inaccessible.

Human rights commissions do not provide real protection.

Society does not support a struggling individual unless they are famous or rich.

I am not the only one suffering. There are thousands of poor, fatherless people in India who are denied their rights simply because they lack the power to fight back. Crowdfunding is the only way for people like me to seek justice.

---

If Anything Happens to Us, These People Are Responsible

I want to make it clear: If anything happens to my mother or me—physically, mentally, or financially—these individuals must be held responsible:

Mehboob Sab Tepuwali & Mustak Tepuwali (for property fraud and harassment).

Certain community members & relatives (for conspiracy and social targeting).

Any individual interfering in our family matters with malicious intent.
